• Amharic heritage language class to teach reading, writing, culture to Ethiopian high school students in Los Angeles

In summer 2012 UCLA will offer language classes for high school students who speak, understand and/or hear Amharic, Arabic, Armenian, Hindi/ Urdu, Persian, and Russian at home and want to learn to read, write and expand their listening and speaking skills.

Classes are Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9am - 1pm.

We accept all levels of heritage language students in our classes. Please contact us if you have any questions.

This year we will also offer a beginning Russian class.
